Shipping policy
All orders are shipped directly from Korea.
Important Notice – U.S. Orders
Effective from 29 August 2025, under the new U.S. tariff regulations, all parcels ship to the United States will be subject to duties and taxes upon customs clearance.
Once your parcel arrives at U.S. Customs, the courier will contact you regarding the applicable duties. Please note that if duties are not paid, the shipment may be returned or destroyed. In such cases, exchanges and refunds will not be possible.
We kindly ask our U.S. customers to check the potential duty amount with U.S. Customs before placing an order.
1. How long will it take for my order to arrive
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)
1)Processing Time: 1-8 business days
If stock is in our warehouse, it will be dispatched within 1 business day.
Products marked as 'pre-order' require approximately 1-2weeks to process. In case of delay, we will contact you individually.
All products are in stock unless marked as 'Pre-order'
2) Shipping Time
We ship via DHL/ FedEx / TNT/ USPS and other all flights. We try to ensure the fastest delivery.
-> Almost all orders arrived within a week of shipping.
2. Shipping Cost
- All orders over $250 USD are free shipping. (You can choose DHL Express Shipping as well)
- Economy shipping (We use FedEx, UPS, TNT etc. The expected delivery times 7 - 10 business days)
- Express via DHL (Most parcels arrive within a week)
- You can check the shipping rate for your country at checkout.
Some countries only available 'EMS(National Post Service)'. We will contact separately in that case.
3. Australia & New Zleand
International shipments to AU and NZ will charge special handling fees by the courier.
We encourage Australian and New Zealand customers to purchase from the PIPIROO.com website.

We do not have the right to control delivery after the parcel has arrived in another country, so please keep track the parcel and contact to the local courier office to manage the delivery once it arrives in your country.
